Home inspector is just one of many things that describe who I am. I was born and raised in Los Angeles. I'm a single mom to 4 kids, all of whom I love and adore. I teach comedy improv to middle and high school students at A Magical Journey Thru Stages, a fabulous non-profit educational theatre company for kids. And I'm a published and produced playwright. I also on occasion, do stand-up comedy, although I try to not let that affect my inspections.

I became a Home Inspector later in life, and you can read more about that on my blog page.  But I will say that I'm certainly glad I found this occupation. I love doing inspections, and it most definitely fills my desire to be mindful, observant, pay attention to details, and help people. I treat every inspection as if it were my own home. My tag line says it all, "Ensuring That Your House is Home-Worthy."

I also take pride in the fact that there aren't very many women home inspectors out there. In fact, according to a recent demographic study, only about 16% of home inspectors are women. I'm proud to be one of those few contributors to the occupation and someone who defies expectations.
