Prices are based on square footage and age of house, including photos and a detailed written report
(typically 50-75 pages with dozens of photos).

Your report will be emailed within 24 hours, and often sooner!

Walk & Talks are $100/hour.

Additional charges may be incurred for distances over 20 miles from the office, for multiple units, or if the house is haunted.

We are able to offer the following services at additional fees.

Some of these will be contracted out, but we will NEVER up-charge.

This way the client doesn't have to find additional inspectors,

we take care of that for you.
